Terms of Service

1. Our services

Syd Studios creates custom Minecraft builds, schematics and related content. The scope, price and timeline of each order are agreed with you in a quote before work begins.

2. Orders and payment

• A 50% deposit is due before work starts. The remaining 50% is due on delivery.
• Final files are released once full payment has been received.
• Prices are those in your agreed quote. Changes to the scope may change the price.

3. Revisions

Two revisions are included in the price. Additional revisions are charged at a small fixed rate.

4. Deadlines and refunds

• If we miss the agreed deadline, you will receive a partial refund.
• If we cancel an order or refuse service, any payment for work we haven't done will be refunded.
• Once work has been delivered and accepted, payments for it are non-refundable.

5. Your responsibilities

• Give us clear, accurate details and respond to questions in good time. Delays on your side may move the deadline.
• Don't ask us to build content that is hateful, illegal or infringes someone else's rights.
• Follow our Conduct policy.

6. Ownership and usage

Once you have paid in full, you may use the delivered files on your own servers, worlds and projects. You may not resell or redistribute the files as your own work. We may show screenshots of finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

7. Liability

We aim to deliver work that matches the agreed quote, but files are provided as is. We aren't responsible for server issues, plugin or version incompatibilities, or loss of data. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

8. Termination

We may refuse or cancel service, and remove people from our Discord, if these terms or our Conduct policy are broken.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to new orders. Questions? Message a Studio Lead in our Discord.
