1. What we collect

This website: we don't have accounts or forms, and we don't knowingly collect personal data here. Our host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.
Discord and orders: your Discord username and ID, the messages and files you send us, and the details of your order (such as what you want built).
Payments: payment details are handled by the payment provider you use. We only keep a record that a payment was made.

2. How we use it

To quote, build and deliver your order and to support you afterwards.
To run and moderate our community and enforce our Conduct policy.
To keep records of orders and payments.

We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Who we share it with

Only with services needed to run Syd Studios, such as Discord (where orders and support happen) and our website host. We may also share information if the law requires it or to deal with serious threats, as described in our Conduct policy.

4. Cookies

This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. If that changes, we'll update this page.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order records and conversations for as long as needed to support your order and handle any disputes, then delete them or remove personal details where we can.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Message a Studio Lead in our Discord and we'll respond as soon as we can. Some records may need to be kept for payment or legal reasons.

7. Children

Discord requires users to meet its minimum age. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under that age.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version on this page is the current one. See also our Terms of Service.
