Conduct policy

What isn't allowed

• Racist, discriminatory or hateful language, symbols or jokes.
• Harassing, threatening or targeting anyone because of who they are.
• Encouraging or defending this behaviour in our Discord, in orders or in messages to us.

What happens if it's broken

• Removal: offending messages are deleted, and the person may be muted or banned from our Discord.
• Refusal of service: we may decline or cancel an order and stop working with you. Any part of a payment for work we haven't done will be refunded.
• Reporting: serious threats may be reported to Discord or to the authorities.

Report a problem

If you see or experience something that breaks this policy, message a Studio Lead or moderator in our Discord. Reports are handled privately.
